MahaindX 2026 – Engineering and Industrial Expo: 14-15-16 May 2026

MahaindX is an initiative taken by Chamber of Small Industry Associations (COSIA) and Indore Infoline Pvt. Ltd. (IIPL) for Industries in Maharashtra to showcase their capabilities and explore new opportunities for growth. It’s an exclusive Mega Expo for Industrial and Engineering Sector. MahaindX is a distinct platform for MSMEs to present their products and services, network with potential customers and partners, and explore new business opportunities. The Expo is a great B2B matchmaking event where the MSMEs can connect with potential buyers and suppliers. 

Mahaindx at NESCO, Bombay Exhibition Center, Goregaon, Mumbai, will be the 2^nd edition of the brand MahaindX.

STALL DELIVERABLES (SHELL SPACE):

v  Stall includes;

·         Basic Stall Construction (Octanorm Panel Booth)

·         3 Spot Lights

·         Floor Carpet

·         2 Chairs

·         1 Octanorm Table

·         One 15AMP Electric Connection

·         Company Fascia Name

·         1 Dustbin

v  Additional requirements and amenities will be made available directly by the vendors at additional cost. Rate chart for additional requirements will be made available to the exhibitors 1 month prior to the Expo.

INVESTMENT & PAYMENT: 

Investment:

• Stall Cost (Non-Members): Rs. 11,000/- per sq. mtr. + 18% GST
• Stall Cost (Members): Rs. 8,000/- per sq. mtr. + 18% GST
• The total investment shall be calculated and confirmed after finalization of stall size.

Booking & Payment:

• A booking amount of 25% of the total stall value is payable at the time of application.
• The balance 75% amount shall be paid as per the applicable payment schedule.

Membership Proof:

• Exhibitors availing member rates must submit valid membership proof at the time of application. This offer is available for valid members of association members of COSIA as provided in the brochure.
